Scenes of Roanoke - Late Spring ‘08 (Nature) Edition
Every now and then I put down the pen, pick up the camera, and leave a few pictures to do most of the writing for me…

Deer spot me, then continue eating just off of Mill Mountain Parkway
The Roanoke River as seen from a bridge on Bennington Road
Beneath the bridge on Bennington Road, wood debris continues to collect at the support columns
A tree holds onto some remaining soil along the bank of a creek at Fishburn Park
