I attended and it looks, feels, and flows like a grand structure in another city. I don't know which structure or what city but once I was inside the Roanoke outside vanished. The layout is flowing and the architecture is a modern visual feast.
Unfortunately once you walk back outside the new feeling washes away quickly as you look closely at our Downtown.

Lisa, thanks for the comment. You are not the only one to mention how much they enjoyed and were impressed with the inside and exhibits. I'm jealous! lol

I was there and it was surreal being inside after seeing the renderings in the old museum. I think it is an amazing addition to our valley.

The inside was, for me, as impressive as the outside. It was fun to see the older pieces in a new environment and also fun to see the newer surprises they had for us.

I hope you get down there soon!
